Priorityou
Privacy Notice
Effective August 6, 2026 · Last updated August 6, 2026
This notice explains what this website does and does not collect. The short version: this site has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. It does not collect anything from you.
What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. Priorityou.com is a static informational site. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no login, no shopping cart, no chat widget, no analytics package and no advertising or social-media tracking pixel. We do not set cookies, and we do not use local storage or session storage.
The guided questionnaire
The short guided questionnaire on this site runs entirely inside your own web browser. Your answers are held in your device's memory only, for as long as the page is open. They are never transmitted to Priorityou, never written to your device's storage, and are discarded the moment you close or refresh the page. We never see them. The questionnaire is an educational navigation tool that suggests which services may be worth discussing — it is not a medical intake, a diagnosis, or a screening instrument, and its output is not medical advice.
Server logs
Like nearly all websites, the hosting provider that serves this site keeps routine technical access logs. Those logs may record your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and your browser type. They are generated and retained by the hosting provider for security and reliability purposes under its own policies. Priorityou does not use these logs to build a profile of you, does not link them to any individual, and does not sell or share them.
Fonts served by Google
The typefaces on this site are delivered by Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives your IP address and standard request headers as a technical necessity of delivering the file. Google states that it does not use Google Fonts requests to create profiles of end users or to serve advertising. Priorityou receives no information from that request.
Information you choose to send us
If you telephone the practice or send an email to the address published on this site, we receive whatever you choose to tell us — typically your name, your telephone number, your email address, and the reason you are getting in touch. We use that information solely to respond to you, to schedule a consultation, and to keep an ordinary business record of the contact.
Please do not send health information by email or text message. Ordinary email and SMS are not secure channels. Anything you send by those routes can potentially be read in transit or on a mail server. Tell us that you would like to talk and we will call you; keep symptoms, diagnoses, medication lists, photographs and history for the consultation itself.
Once you become a patient
If you engage Priorityou for clinical services, the information created and maintained in the course of that care is protected health information. It is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and by New York law, not by this website notice. This notice covers only the website.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose your personal information for anyone else's marketing purposes.
- We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing tags or third-party behavioral trackers on this site.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Priorityou's services are offered to adults.
Your choices and rights
Because the website collects nothing from you, there is nothing held from your visit to access, correct or delete. If you have previously contacted the practice by phone or email and would like to know what we hold, would like it corrected, or would like us to stop contacting you, write to marlandkaplanfnp@gmail.com or call 917 · 805 · 1100 and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights regarding your personal information; we honor applicable requests without charge and without treating you differently for making one.
Your browser's "Do Not Track" or global privacy control signal is respected by default here, in the sense that there is no tracking to disable.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Because the site collects no data, there is no visitor database to breach. Information you send by telephone or email, and any clinical record created afterward, is handled under the safeguards described in our HIPAA notice.
Links to other sites
This site may reference third-party organizations or manufacturers for informational purposes. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Product names are the trademarks of their respective owners; no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied.
Changes to this notice
If we add a contact form, an analytics tool, or any other feature that collects information, this notice will be revised before that feature goes live and the effective date above will change. Material changes will be noted on this page.
