These terms govern your use of priorityou.com. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. This site is information, not medical advice

Everything on priorityou.com — every description of a service, protocol, medication, price or expected experience — is general educational information. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a recommendation for you specifically. Reading it does not create a provider–patient relationship between you and Priorityou or Marland Kaplan, NP. That relationship begins only after an individual consultation, a medical evaluation, and a signed consent to treat.

Do not delay seeking, or disregard, professional medical advice because of something you read here.

2. The guided questionnaire

The guided questionnaire is a navigation tool. It suggests which of our services may be worth discussing based on what you tell it. It is not a medical intake, a screening instrument, a risk assessment or a diagnostic tool, and its output has no clinical weight. It runs entirely in your browser; your answers are never transmitted to us. Whether any service is appropriate for you is determined by a clinician at consultation and nowhere else.

3. Services, eligibility and clinical judgment

Priorityou provides elective wellness and aesthetic services at the patient's home within New York City, Long Island and Westchester. Services are provided by licensed clinicians acting within their New York scope of practice. All treatment requires an individual consultation and medical evaluation, and a clinician may decline to provide a requested service where it is not clinically appropriate. Services are offered to adults 18 and over.

4. Results are not guaranteed

Individual results vary. No outcome is promised, guaranteed or warranted, and no image, description or testimonial on this site should be read as a representation of the result you will obtain. Every treatment carries risk; specific risks, benefits and alternatives are reviewed with you during the informed-consent discussion before treatment.

5. Compounded medications

Certain medications discussed on this site — including semaglutide, tirzepatide and peptide preparations — may be compounded rather than FDA-approved branded products. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality. Availability and formulation are determined by the prescribing clinician and the dispensing pharmacy.

6. Fees, scheduling and cancellation

Any price shown on this site is a starting point for planning purposes only. Your actual fee is confirmed at consultation and depends on the plan you and the clinician agree to. Prices are subject to change without notice. Appointment, deposit, cancellation and no-show terms are provided to you in writing when you schedule; because this is a house-call practice, a missed appointment consumes a reserved travel block, and cancellation terms reflect that.

7. Trademarks and third-party names

Botox® and all other product and brand names referenced on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to a product is descriptive only. No affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any manufacturer is claimed or implied.

8. Intellectual property

The design, text, photography and code of this site are owned by Priorityou or used under license, and are protected by copyright and other law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, frame, mirror or use the content for any commercial purpose without written permission.

9. Communications with the practice

Email and text message are not secure. Do not send health information, photographs of a clinical concern, medication lists or history by those channels. If you contact us and ask to be reached by phone, text or email, you are consenting to be contacted that way about your inquiry; you may withdraw that consent at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

10. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time. The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priorityou and Marland Kaplan, NP are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. This limitation applies to the website. It does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to the professional standard of care owed to an established patient.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The revised version takes effect when posted here, with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept it.
